Batch Stirred Tank Reactor (Stand Alone) – CRE-3308

The Batch Stirred Tank Reactor (Stand Alone) – CRE-3308 is an advanced laboratory training and research system designed for studying Chemical Reaction Engineering principles, particularly batch reactor operations and reaction kinetics. This standalone equipment is ideal for educational institutions, research laboratories, and industrial training centers focusing on slow reaction processes or small-scale product development.

This system enables users to investigate the behavior and operation of a discontinuous stirred tank reactor with integrated heating and mixing functions. The reactor setup includes all essential components such as reactant tanks, product tanks, pumps, heating water circuit, and required process connections, allowing a complete self-contained experimental platform. The reactor vessel is securely mounted and can be quickly connected or removed using a convenient quick-release system.

The unit features a boro 3.3 glass reactor with an adjustable volume ranging from 1500 mL to 1950 mL, making it suitable for a variety of chemical experiments. A built-in stirrer ensures homogeneous mixing of reactants, increasing contact efficiency and improving reaction consistency. The chambered stainless steel bottom functions as a heat exchanger, enabling precise temperature-controlled isothermal operations for analyzing thermal effects on reaction performance.

For process monitoring and analysis, the equipment is equipped with an integrated conductivity and temperature sensor system. These sensors continuously measure conductivity and temperature, while digital displays on the control cabinet provide real-time data visualization. Reaction conversion can be determined through conductivity measurements, making the system highly effective for kinetics analysis and process optimization studies.
